Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 October 2026.

These terms cover purchases from GLOWZA. They reflect EU consumer protections, including the Consumer Rights Directive and the Sale of Goods Directive as implemented in applicable national law. There is no single worldwide consumer law: mandatory protections in your country may also apply.

Seller information pending: the operator's legal name, geographical address, email, telephone number and applicable registration details have not yet been supplied. These details, together with a working returns contact and return address, must be supplied before orders are accepted. This text does not certify legal compliance.

Products and ordering

Product descriptions, available options, prices and availability are shown on the product pages. Select the required options and review your cart before paying through Shopify checkout. Retain your order confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you must be notified and any payment for unfulfilled items refunded. Nothing in these terms permits misleading product or pricing information.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euro (€). The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, must be disclosed before you place a paid order. Available payment methods are shown at Shopify checkout. Bundle prices and any stated savings compare the bundle with the current combined prices of its included products bought separately; the amount charged must match the offer accepted.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, delivery charges and any agreed delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Unless another delivery time is agreed, EU consumer orders must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If delivery is late, you can generally give an appropriate additional period; if delivery still fails, you can terminate and receive reimbursement. An additional period is not required where the seller refuses delivery or delivery by the agreed date is essential under applicable law.

For EU consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage generally passes when you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. An exception may apply if you independently engage a carrier not offered by the seller. Tracking details are provided with the dispatch confirmation where available. Any applicable import charges must be explained before purchase; no unconfirmed blanket customs policy is imposed here.

EU right to withdraw

For ordinary online purchases of goods, EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, starting the day after you or your designated recipient receives the goods. Where one order is delivered separately, the period generally starts after receipt of the last item. Applicable statutory exceptions must be disclosed before purchase; these terms do not assume that a lighting product is exempt.

Notify the seller with a clear statement of withdrawal before the period expires, then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying the seller. A model withdrawal form may be used but is not required. The seller must provide the required withdrawal information and model form before purchase. Failure to provide the legally required withdrawal information can extend the withdrawal period by up to 12 months.

Returns and refunds

For a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 days after the seller is informed, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. Extra costs for an expressly chosen premium delivery service need not be refunded. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and must not incur a reimbursement fee.

For goods, the seller may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier, unless the seller offered to collect them. You bear the direct cost of returning goods for a change of mind only if this was disclosed before purchase; otherwise the seller bears it. No return-cost rule has been confirmed for this store. Goods may be inspected as in a shop; you are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, subject to applicable law.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract, with longer protection where national law provides it. This is separate from change-of-mind withdrawal and any optional manufacturer's warranty. Remedies generally include free repair or replacement, and a price reduction or contract termination where the legal conditions are met. Necessary costs of a valid conformity remedy, including postage, labour and materials, are not charged to the consumer.

Keep your order confirmation and any evidence of the fault. A report outside the 14-day withdrawal period does not by itself remove your legal guarantee rights. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No storefront account or newsletter subscription is required to purchase.

Applicable law and disputes

The seller's establishment and any choice of governing law have not yet been confirmed. Any later choice of law cannot deprive an eligible consumer of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply, including the law of their habitual residence where the relevant cross-border rules apply. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not require consumers to waive courts available to them under mandatory rules.

Consumers may seek help from their national consumer authority or, for eligible cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centres Network. Any legally required alternative dispute-resolution information must be provided by the operator once its status and obligations are confirmed.
